Aloo Palak -Aalu palak
Aloo Palak is one pot simple recipe and very healthy food rich in iron if not over cooked.
Ingredients
- 3 cups palak (spnich) washed and chopped
- 1 medium aalu -potato cut in cube
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2 green chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 small tomato (Optional) cut in small
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- wash and cut palak in small pices and aalo also.
- In pan heat oil, add hing ,garlic and cumin seed then add potato fry for 2 minutes then add salt and tomato cook for 1 minute then add palak mix all well cover an dcook for 10 mints.
- now you can serve with roti and dal rice.
