Preparation takes only 5 mins- wash and cut vegetables in thin round shape and green Chutney you can prepare any time and store in air tight bottle in refrigerator and can use with sandwich, pakoda, chaat, vada pav etc. Veg sandwich taste good with grill and without grill, only difference is grill enhance flavor so that we can add more butter and cheese while grill, if don’t have time just layer Green chutney on both bread on inner side and spread veg’s proper manner or add mayonnaise /tomato ketchup if like and cover with second bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sliced Bread
  • 1 Boiled potato cut in thin round shape
  • 1 onion cut in thin round shape
  • 1 tomato cut in thin round shape
  • 1 cucumber cut in thin round shape
  • 2 Green chutney recipe available
  • 3 mayonnaise
  • 4 butter for grill

Instructions
 

  • spread Green chutney on one side of all 4 breads and then put round cut vegetables one by one ,add mayonnaise and cover with second bread so with 4 you can prepare 2 sandwich, spread butter on both outside of bread.
  • Heat sandwich maker and grill for 10 mins. then its ready to serve with green chutney.
