Veg sandwich is very quick and easy breakfast and evening snack recipe, commonly known as Bombay sandwich / Mumbai sandwich, veg's clubs in between Green Chutney bread sliced.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sliced Bread
  • 1 Boiled potato cut in thin round shape
  • 1 onion cut in thin round shape
  • 1 tomato cut in thin round shape
  • 1 cucumber cut in thin round shape
  • 2 Green chutney recipe available
  • 3 mayonnaise
  • 4 butter for grill

Instructions
 

  • spread Green chutney on one side of all 4 breads and then put round cut vegetables one by one ,add mayonnaise and cover with second bread so with 4 you can prepare 2 sandwich, spread butter on both outside of bread.
  • Heat sandwich maker and grill for 10 mins. then its ready to serve with green chutney.
