Ladys finger is a popular vegetable, particularly in India. You can find it in all local vegetable markets, as well as food malls and supermarkets. Its cost is comparable to that of other vegetables.

There is many more bhindi ki sabji recipe available but here i am sharing my mother’s recipe which she used to feed us from childwhood.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gm Bhindi/okra cut in small size as per image
  • 2 onions can use 1 also
  • 1 tomato medium size
  • 2 green chili chopped roughly
  • 1½ tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

Instructions
 

  • wash and dry bhindi then cut in small medium size
  • Heat oil in a wok/kadhai ,When oil is hot add Jeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle, add onion and fry until light brown then add bhindi ,green chili, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints on high fame then cover and cook on low flame to 10 mints
  • When bhindi soften ,off flame then serve with freshly cooked roti or dal rice.

Notes

Choose of Good and soft lady fingures/ Bhindi
firstly go fo fresh one and while buying break its tale little if it break smothly then only buy.
