- 300 gm Bhindi/okra cut in small size as per image
- 2 onions can use 1 also
- 1 tomato medium size
- 2 green chili chopped roughly
- 1½ tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
wash and dry bhindi then cut in small medium size
Heat oil in a wok/kadhai ,When oil is hot add Jeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle, add onion and fry until light brown then add bhindi ,green chili, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints on high fame then cover and cook on low flame to 10 mints
When bhindi soften ,off flame then serve with freshly cooked roti or dal rice.
