Instant Pot Pav Bhaji
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter , or more to taste
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 medium size tomatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 small potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 Large onion cut into small cubes
- 1 (14.5ounce) Cauliflower cut into small cubes
- 1 (14.5ounce) Carrot cut into small cubes
- 1 (14.5ounce) Beans
- ⅓ lemon
- 2 salt
- 1 Mild chile powder
- 5 cloves Gralic grated
- ⅕ Bell papper cut into small cubes
- 1 oil
- ½ Cumin seeds
- ½ Cup Water for cooking
Instructions
- Take onion,bell paper,garlic clovesin food processoer jar, make it finely chopped.
- Turn on an instant pot on saute mode, add 1 tbsp of oil then add 1 tbsp butter so that the butter will not turn black. add cumin seed and let the seeds sizzle. then add onion mixture and salt t1 tbsp then cook for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make tomato puree, all veggies and add 1 tbsp salt in instant pot mix well, add ½ cup of water and 1tbsp Pav bhaji masala cover the lid,keep vent to sealing, pressure cook for 6 minutes,if in rush QPR after 5-10 nimutes,once pin drops open the lid.and add remaning 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala .
- use masher to mesh it in instant pot or you can use hand blender alsoto make smooth puree ,keep slightly chunky. then keepit to boil for 2 minutes and serve.
- simmering with butter ,lemon and fresh corinder leaves.
