Keema is minced meat os mutton ,beef and chicken also which can be use for different dish like kabab, kofta, sammosa etc

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Mutton Keema minced meat
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 2 green chili finely choppe
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp chili flake
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriender chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash keema and keep for drain water
  • Heat pan on flame, add cumin seed and after crackle add onion and chili flake cook for 2 mint, add ginger garlic paste and fry then add minced meat ,salt and cooked on high flame for 5 mints then add tomato then cover and cook for 10 more mints
  • final sprinkle fresh coriander and serve
