Mutton Fry hot, delicious and spicy mutton roast which is quick and easy recipes. This is also called Tala Gosht Fry (mutton fry).
What is mutton?
Mutton is the meat of a sheep and in India the term “Mutton ” is also applied to goat meat. Mutton is sorted into different kinds of cuts to make various kinds of dishes. Different cuts of meat affect the flavour of the dish. Mutton “Curry cut”usually refers to meat from neck, shoulder, leg, loin and ribs. There is very famous and testy dish is Mutton Chops which is from shoulder and ribs.
Fry and eaten will be juicy and can be chewed easily. you can enjoy this mutton fry with zeera rice / plain rice along with some sliced onions, Green chutney and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Mutton fry
Ingredients
- 500 gm Mutton small pices
- ½ cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3-4 green cardamom
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 tbsp ginger &Â garlic paste
- 1 garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Wash mutton and drain for 5 mint, add mutton in cooker or in hot pot, now add all whole spices and cover the lid of cooker and cook on medium to low flame for 20 mins.
- open cover check mutton tenderness then fry on low flame till completely dry, in pan add oil and curry leaves then add cooked mutton saute for 5 mints,now its ready.
