- 500 gm Mutton small pices
- ½ cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3-4 green cardamom
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1 garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
Wash mutton and drain for 5 mint, add mutton in cooker or in hot pot, now add all whole spices and cover the lid of cooker and cook on medium to low flame for 20 mins.
open cover check mutton tenderness then fry on low flame till completely dry, in pan add oil and curry leaves then add cooked mutton saute for 5 mints,now its ready.
