Masala pasta is one of the easy and delicious dish, its combination of Indian-Italian, with easily available ingredients you can add cheese or left over chicken or vegetable or sausage etc.
Masala pasta can be eaten by everyone-kids and elder,give in lunch box or serve in dinner also.

Pasta- Masala Pasta
Masala pasta is one of the easy and delicious dish, its combination of Indian-Italian, with easily available ingredients you can add cheese or left over chicken or vegetable or sausage etc.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Pasta any shape
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 onion medium chopped
- 2 tomato/ tomato puree medium chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves grate or mince
- ½ inch ginger
- ½ cup carrot cut small cube
- ¼ cup green peas
you can add sweet corn ,capcium more veggies as you like
- ½ tbsp garam masal powder (optional) maggie powder
- ½ tbsp kashmiri red chilli
- ½ tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp cumin seed
Instructions
- in large pot boil pasta until soft with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp salt, same time in deep pan heat 2 tbsp oil /butter add cumin seed after sizzle add ginger garlic fry to 1 mintue, add chopped onions and fry til golden then add all vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes, all red chilli ,turmeric ,garam masala fro taste only,lastly add tomato or puree mix all and cook for 5 minute.
- Now drain pasta and add it in mixture and mix well all cook together for 5 more minutes then add Kasuri methi .pasta is ready.
Notes
while adding vegetable you can add sausage or left over cooked chicken or meet as per your choose.
