Masala pasta is one of the easy and delicious dish, its combination of Indian-Italian, with easily available ingredients you can add cheese or left over chicken or vegetable or sausage etc.
you can add sweet corn ,capcium more veggies as you like
½tbsp garam masal powder (optional)maggie powder
½tbsp kashmiri red chilli
½tbsp turmeric
1tbsp kasuri methi
1tbspcumin seed
Instructions
in large pot boil pasta until soft with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp salt, same time in deep pan heat 2 tbsp oil /butter add cumin seed after sizzle add ginger garlic fry to 1 mintue, add chopped onions and fry til golden then add all vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes, all red chilli ,turmeric ,garam masala fro taste only,lastly add tomato or puree mix all and cook for 5 minute.
Now drain pasta and add it in mixture and mix well all cook together for 5 more minutes then add Kasuri methi .pasta is ready.
Notes
while adding vegetable you can add sausage or left over cooked chicken or meet as per your choose.
