Ingredients
- 200 gm Regular sabudana (sago dana)
- 1 medium boiled potato cut in small pices
- 20 gm raw peanuts
- 3-4 curry leavs
- 1 Cumin seeds
- 1 ginger pices very small ,grated
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tbsp salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- first of all wash with 2 water and sock sabudana for 3 to 4 hr or overnight also.
- Dry roast and roughly crush the raw peanuts and keep saparate
- In a hot pan put oil, then add Cumin seeds, curry leaves, and grated ginger, fry for 1 minute then add boiled potato and add socked and removed sabudana, add salt in it fry it 2 more minutes lastly add crushed peanuts and cover pen cook for 5 minutes.
