This is simple and very flavorful. This is a Gujarati or Maharashtrian style recipe that I used to eat with my friends in hostel time for breakfast and in their fasting time.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Regular sabudana (sago dana)
  • 1 medium boiled potato cut in small pices
  • 20 gm raw peanuts
  • 3-4 curry leavs
  • 1 Cumin seeds
  • 1 ginger pices very small ,grated
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • first of all wash with 2 water and sock sabudana for 3 to 4 hr or overnight also.
  • Dry roast and roughly crush the raw peanuts and keep saparate
  • In a hot pan put oil, then add Cumin seeds, curry leaves, and grated ginger, fry for 1 minute then add boiled potato and add socked and removed sabudana, add salt in it fry it 2 more minutes lastly add crushed peanuts and cover pen cook for 5 minutes.
