Try to buy medium-sized or small Tinde. The seeds are soft and are less in quantity as compared to big Tinde same like lauki/ loki

Ingredients
- 500 gm Tinda / apple gourd any shape
- 1 1Â tomato(optional) Â roughly chopped
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion -medium size finely chopped
- 1½ oil
- 1 salt
- 1 Cumin seeds
- 1 turmeric powder
- 1 Â garam masala
- 1 Heeng/ Asafoetida
Instructions
- peel and wash tinde properly and cut in small cube or any shape
- Heat oil in a kadhai,When oil is hot add Heeng/ Asafoetida and Jeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle, add onion and fry untill light brown then add, Haldi/Turmeric Powder, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints 2 mits add tinda mix cover and cook nntill tinda soft, it take 10 mint on low flame.
- Open and add garam masala and mix, now its reday.
