peel and wash tinde properly and cut in small cube or any shape
Heat oil in a kadhai,When oil is hot add Heeng/ Asafoetida and Jeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle, add onion and fry untill light brown then add, Haldi/Turmeric Powder, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints 2 mits add tinda mix cover and cook nntill tinda soft, it take 10 mint on low flame.
Open and add garam masala and mix, now its reday.

It should be firm to touch. If it is soft then it is not very fresh. Skin is light green and smooth.Try to buy medium-sized or small Tinde. The seeds are soft and are less in quantity as compared to big Tinde.
