Mutton Chops

Mutton chops is easy and tasty with less and common ingredients and the flesh attached to meat is always tastier.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg lamb chops
  • 1 black paper freshly ground
  • ½ cup vegetable oil/Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp salt totaste
  • 2 tbsp lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1  ground cumin fresh
  • 1 ground coriander fresh

Instructions
 

  • Add ground black pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, lemon juice and oil in a medium bowl.Add the lamb chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour if time then more.
  • Cook the lamb chops for 10 to 12 minutes on each side on the grill or under the broiler in the oven. Season with salt.
  • Or you can pressure cook for 10min and fry in pan for 2 mints.
  • Serve it over rice, fried potatoes, or with a salad and you have a healthy, quick meal.
