In big bowl add 2 cup of all purpose flour and salt,then slowly slowly add water and knead dough properly til become normal not too soft, secondly make small small dough for paratha than polish it by oil properly and keep for 30 minutes.
lets make paste in small bowl take flour and oil mix well it should be lumes free,now flat the dough one by one and spread the paste and make it zig zag like image and again keep for 2 mints ,now spread oil on table and flate rolled dough and put in hot pan and cook one side and put oil then another side put oil and cook properly.
