Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka Kabab is marinated in spiced yogurt and then fry in pan or grilled barbecued or griddled to perfection

- 500 Boneless Chicken small cube
- 1 cup yogurt thick yogurt
- 1 tbsp Garlic & ginger
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp turmeric, cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt As per taste
Place the chicken pieces into a bowl with yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Mix together, cover and marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.Thread onto skewers, then brush with oil.
Cook in an pan or under the grill (broiler) or on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with a sprinkling of freshly chopped coriander.
