Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups palak
  • 200 gm paneer
  • 1 Tomato small size -
  • 1 pices ginger -adrak
  • 7-8 cloves Garlic -lahson
  • 1 Onion small size
  • 1 tbsp  garam masala
  • 3 salt to taste -namak
  • 1 turmeric powder -haldi powder
  • 1 Red chilli powder to taste -lal mirch powder
  • 3-4 green chilli -hari merchi
  • ½ cup cream use milk also
  • 1 tbsp kasauri methi -sukhi methi
  • 1 cup oil kam bhi lay sakty hai
  • 1 cinamon stick dalchini ka tukda
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds zeera

Instructions
 

  • sab se phly palak ko ubalty pani me 2 se 3 minute rakho, phirunko nikal k thandy pani me dal do,thanda hone pr nikal k side me rakh lo. paneer ko namak laga kr halka lal hone tak fry karo agr nhi pasand toh fry nhi karo.
  • ek pan me tomato, onion, adrak, lahson and hari merchi toh choty pices me cut kr k thoda oil me fry kar lo,phir isko nikla k thanda kar lo.
  • ab thanda kiya hua palak or thande kiye hue hare masale ko ek sath mixture me pis lo
  • Ab phir se pan ko garam kr 2 tbsp oil dalo phir dalchini or zeera dal k frey karlo ,phr barik pisa hua palak or haramasha add kr k 10 minut fry karo, phir paneer add kar k 2 minut fry karo ismy kasuri methi dal do,ab gas band kr k upper se cream dal do.
  • palak paneer ready hai isko zeer rice ya naan se server karo.
