- 1 cup chopped fresh coriander soft leaf only
- 7-8 leaves mint
- 4 green chilli
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp salt to taste
- ½ sugar
- 1½ water
In a blender add fresh coriander, Add green chili, garlic, cumin powder, salt, sugar (if using), and lime juice, add 1 tbsp water or as needed.
Blend to a fine paste and set it aside. chutney is ready
