green chutney

green chutney is also known as Hari chutney made up of fresh green herbs. mostly use for chaat, sandwiches, vada pav, pakoras, dhokla, cutlets, and with dal-rice or dal khichdi also.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped fresh coriander soft leaf only
  • 7-8 leaves mint
  • 4 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • ½ sugar
  • water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add fresh coriander, Add green chili, garlic, cumin powder, salt, sugar (if using), and lime juice, add 1 tbsp water or as needed.
  • Blend to a fine paste and set it aside. chutney is ready
