Mutton Curry
Mutton curry is also known as mutton masala, is an Indian curry dish of soft tender chunks of meat in spices, onion, and tomato gravy.

Marination
- 1 kg mutton
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric

- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 black cardmom
- 4 green cardamoms
- 1 tbsp cumin seed
- 1 pinch nutmeg powdered form
- ¼ cup fresh coriender
- ½ yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 2 green chili
wash and marinate mutton with salt, red chili, turmeric, and ginger garlic paste.
In a pot or pressure cooker heat oil then add cinnamon, black cardamom, green cardamoms, and cumin seed fry it well then add chopped onions and fry for 5 mins
Then add the marinated mutton and cook on high flame for 5 more minutes, then add red chili, turmeric, and green chili and cook till oil separates, now add water and cover with cooker lid for 10 mins or 3 vessal.
check mutton soft and tender now serve with naan and rice.
