Ingredients
  

  • 8-10  pieces of Chicken Lollipop
  • 3 Cups Oil for Deep Frying
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp  dry Red Chilli Paste (I ground 3 dry red chilies with water)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp  Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp  White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour / Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 1 tbsp Ajinomoto a pinch  optional

Instructions
 

  • First of all make lollipops, wash and, dry. marinate-In lollipop add all ingredients- Red Chilli Paste (I ground 3 dry red chilies with water), Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Salt to taste, Soya Sauce, White Vinegar, tomato ketchup, Ajinomoto a pinch (optional),keep 30 mins
  • Now add Cornflour / Cornstarch, All Purpose Flour / Maida, mix well
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, Drop chicken in hot oil, simmer the flame, and cook on low heat for 10 mins till the chicken is cooked, Now increase the heat and fry the chicken on high heat for 5 mins or till the chicken get crispy and cooked.
  • Done, now serve.
