you can add more veg's like peas, cashew nuts, roasted peanuts

Instructions
Roast semolina / rava on medium heat keep a side.
In hot pen add oil, mustard seeds and then cumin seed. Once they splutter add onion curry leaves saute for a minute now add tomato (and other veggies) and green chili, cook for 2 minutes on high flame now add water cook until boil, add rava/semolina slowly while stirring continuously, this helps avoid lumps in the upma.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes till the semolina absorbs all the water, steams and blooms. addcoriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
You can store and keep roasted rava in air tight container so that you can save time while cooking.
