Alu ki sabji

Aalu Ki Sabji- Its like heart of all sabji/vegetable if you don't have any option for cooking go for aloo ki sabji easy and tasty.

Cook Time 10 minutes
Course breakefast, lucnh, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Potato/ Alu Boiled
  • 1 green chilli 
  • tbsp  oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriender chopped
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp Heeng
  • 3-4 curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel and mash boiled potato/Alu.
  • Heat oil in a Kadhai, When oil is hot add Heeng/ Asafoetida and Jeera/cumin when starts to crackle, add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, Lal Mirch/Red chili powder, and Salt Mix and cook for 2 mins
  • Add boil potato and mix well cook for two more mins,then its done.
