quick in 10 minutes, Light on stomach also delicious. For weight loose ti is excellent vegetable option. Lauki or bottle gourd is rich in water and fibre. This is the simplest and easiest way to make lauki.
peel and wash lauki/loki properly and cut in small cube or any shape
Heat oil in a kadhai,When oil is hot addJeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints, then add lauki mix cover and cook until lauki soft, it take 10 mint on low flame.
its ready add fresh coriander serve with dal rice or chapati.

Note: insert your nails inside if insert smothly then good lauki means seeds are soft to eat other wise need to remove hard seed it won't soft while cooking.
