Chana Salad

- 200 gm white chana/ chickpeas soaked and boiled
- 1 onion (medium size) chopped in samll size
- 1 tomato chopped in samll size
- 1 cucumber cut in samll size
- ⅓ lemon juice
- 1 potato boiled and chopped in small cub
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp salt to taste
- 2-3 Green chili finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Wash and soak the chickpeas for 8 hours or over night. Pressure cook the chickpeas and potato at same to save time and keep aside.
In a bowl, take boiled chana (chickpeas). Add chopped onion, tomato, boiled chopped potato, green chillies and lemon juice. Sprinkle chaat masala, and salt. Mix well then Garnish with Freshly chopped coriander leaves.
