Chana Salad

Chana salad is quick,easy, tasty and customizable dish good for health also.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm white chana/ chickpeas soaked and boiled
  • 1 onion (medium size) chopped in samll size
  • 1  tomato chopped in samll size
  • 1 cucumber cut in samll size
  • lemon juice
  • 1 potato boiled and chopped in small cub
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 2-3 Green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the chickpeas for 8 hours or over night. Pressure cook the chickpeas and potato at same to save time and keep aside.  
  • In a bowl, take boiled chana (chickpeas). Add chopped onion, tomato, boiled chopped potato, green chillies and lemon juice. Sprinkle chaat masala, and salt. Mix well then Garnish with Freshly chopped coriander leaves.
