Alu ki sabji
Aalu Ki Sabji- Its like heart of all sabji/vegetable if you don't have any option for cooking go for aloo ki sabji easy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 500 gm Potato/ Alu Boiled
- 1 green chilliÂ
- 1½ tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp fresh coriender chopped
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- ¼ tbsp Heeng
- 3-4 curry leaves
Instructions
- Peel and mash boiled potato/Alu.
- Heat oil in a Kadhai, When oil is hot add Heeng/ Asafoetida and Jeera/cumin when starts to crackle, add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, Lal Mirch/Red chili powder, and Salt Mix and cook for 2 mins
- Add boil potato and mix well cook for two more mins,then its done.
