Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm aalu/potatos cut in small size (cube shape )
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • tbsp oil
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp Red chilli powder to taste
  • tbsp fresh coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash,Peel and cut potatos in cube shape
  • Heat oil in a Kadhai, When oil is hot add mustard seed and Jeera/cumin when starts to crackle, add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, Lal Mirch/Red chili powder, and Salt Mix for 10 sec then add aalu/ potatos mix and fry for 1 min and add tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 mins
  • remove lid and check if potato soften add chopped fresh coriander and serve
