Aalu ki sabji
Aalu ki sabji is best choice for breakfast ,lunch, and dinner as well. alu ki sabji can be used as filling with roti to make aalu paratha also.

- 200 gm aalu/potatos cut in small size (cube shape )
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1½ tbsp oil
- 1 green chili
- ½ tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp Red chilli powder to taste
- 1½ tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Wash,Peel and cut potatos in cube shape
Heat oil in a Kadhai, When oil is hot add mustard seed and Jeera/cumin when starts to crackle, add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, Lal Mirch/Red chili powder, and Salt Mix for 10 sec then add aalu/ potatos mix and fry for 1 min and add tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 mins
remove lid and check if potato soften add chopped fresh coriander and serve
