Ingredients
- 500 gm lauki small cube
- 1 tomato roughly chopped
- 1 green chilli
- 1½ oil
- 1 Cumin seeds
- 1 turmeric powder
- 1 salt
- 2 fresh coriander chopped
Instructions
- peel and wash lauki/loki properly and cut in small cube or any shape
- Heat oil in a kadhai,When oil is hot addJeera/cumin when Jeera starts to crackle add Haldi/Turmeric Powder, tomato and Salt Mix all well cook for a mints, then add lauki mix cover and cook until lauki soft, it take 10 mint on low flame.
- its ready add fresh coriander serve with dal rice or chapati.
